Alwar : Alwar Athletics games were organized under I am A Euphoria-2024 at Rajarshi College on Sunday morning at 6:30 am. The chief guest in the program was ASP Rural Dr. Priyanka, special guest was retired Income Tax Officer Vishan Kalra and Principal Medical College Dr. Dinesh Sood. Event in-charge of the competition Dr. Rajveer Chaudhary, Dr. Mithlesh Garg, Dr. Sunita Aggarwal and Dr. Yogesh Chaudhary were present. Program coordinator Girish Gupta said that in the 100 meter under-10 girls category, Jainshi stood first, Preesha stood second and Kavi remained in place. In 100 meter under-13 girls category, Nivisha stood first, Ruhi stood second and Aadhya stood third. Ayansh stood first in 100 meters race in the Under-13 boys category and Nevansh Garg stood first in the Under-10 boys category.
In the 60 plus age male category, in the 100 meter race, Dr. Tejendra stood first, Dr. Yogesh stood second and Dr. Dinesh Sood stood third. In the 400 meter walk competition of 70 plus age group, Dr. Surendra Jain stood first, Dr. S. stood second. P. Yadav and Dr. K.C. at third place. Gupta remained. In the 35-45 year old women category, Dr. Richa Gupta stood first in the 400 meter race, Dr. Kavita stood second and Dr. Sangeeta stood third. Alwar. Also dominated in badminton: Lakshaditya stood first in badminton under-13 boys category and Naivedya Jain stood first in under-18 boys category. In the 50 pulse doubles men’s group, Dr. K.C. Gagal and Dr. Yogesh Upadhyay were the winners. Soumya stood first in table tennis girls’ group, Khushank in the boys’ group, Dr. Pragya Modi in the women’s group and Dr. Himanshu Saxena in the men’s group.
Dr. Vikas Jain stood first in the under-50 men’s category and Dr. Brijendra Garg stood first in the 50 plus men’s category. In the Cricket League on Sunday, Government Gladiators defeated Private Blasters team by 7 runs and made it to the finals by topping the group stage. Playing first, Government Gladiators scored 170 runs losing 4 wickets. While chasing the target, Private Blasters team was able to score a total of 163 runs. In the second match, Aravali Avengers team defeated ESI Eagles team by 41 runs. Aravali Avengers team, playing first, scored 185 runs losing 5 wickets, in response to which ESI Eagles could score only 144 runs. The final match of the cricket league will be played tomorrow on 18th November between Government Gladiators and Private Blasters at LIET College Ground. Yoga competition will be organized today at Jai Krishna Club from 6:30 am.
