Alwar : Alwar From industrial point of view, Alwar remains the first choice of investors. After the construction of Delhi-Mumbai Highway here, the connectivity of Alwar with Delhi has increased. Apart from this, due to abundant availability of raw material, there is immense investment potential here. According to experts, the prices of land in Alwar are cheaper than the entire NCR region including Delhi, but the shortage of industrial plots is coming in the way of industrial development. At the same time, proposals for new industrial areas are also stuck waiting for approval in the NCR Planning Board for many years. In such a situation, plots are not available to investors to set up industrial units.
Only 2 plots vacant in 10 industrial areas: Under Alwar RIICO, there are total 10 industrial areas including MIA, MIA Extension, Agro Food Park, MIA South East Zone, MIA South East Zone Extension, Rajgarh, Khairthal, Kherli, Thanagaji and Old Industrial Area. There are a total of 1669 plots for industrial units here, out of which only 2 plots are vacant at present. One of these plots is of about 6 thousand square feet and the other is of 3 thousand 500 square feet. It is being told that both the plots are lying vacant because their shape is not correct.
Proposal for these areas stuck: A proposal was made and sent to NCRPB to develop industrial area on 407.05 hectares in village Neemuchana and Khohri of Bansur, 25.30 hectares in village Rundh Sonkri of Kathumar, 24.08 hectares in village Dhaurala of Raini and 32.81 hectares of land in village Barkheda of Malakheda. Similarly, a proposal was sent to develop new industrial area on 230.30 hectare land of village Moonpur Karmala and Rasgan of Ramgarh and 44.90 hectare land of village Bagad Rajput, which is still stuck waiting for approval.
Therefore the possibilities are greater: Alwar has the best conditions for operating industrial units. Due to the expressway from here, there is easy connectivity with other states of the country. Apart from this, many big units of automobile, agriculture and food processing, pharma sector, ceramics, electronic items and hotel industries are also operating.
