Alwar : Alwar A moving bus of Haryana Roadways suddenly caught fire. When the driver saw smoke coming out of the bus, he immediately stopped the bus and got down the passengers. After this, the fire in the bus intensified. The matter is of Shahjahanpur police station area of Kotputli Behror district. Rakesh Kumar, driver of Rewari bus depot, said – The Haryana Roadways bus from Rewari left for Jaipur at around 4.45 pm. During this time, smoke was felt in the bus before Sakatpura flyover on Delhi Jaipur Highway at 5:15 pm. On which the train was stopped on the side and 52 passengers were disembarked. Suddenly a massive fire broke out in the cabin. Due to which the people present at the spot went away and stood there. Information about the fire was given to Neemrana fire brigade through Shahjahanpur police. On receiving information about the fire, police and fire brigade from Neemrana reached the spot.
Fire brought under control in 15 minutes
Neemrana Fire Officer Meghraj Yadav said – On receiving information from the police station, we reached near Sakatpura flyover. Where a Haryana Roadways bus was on fire. The fire was brought under control at quarter to six.
The accident happened 25 kilometers away from Rewari bus stand.
The bus driver told that everyone had got down in time. After this everyone was sent to Jaipur by another bus. The accident happened after traveling 25 kilometers from Rewari bus stand. Higher officials have been informed about the incident.
