Alwar registry 50% costlier, significant increase in DLC of Shantikunj and Alkapuri

Alwar : Alwar government has made land registry expensive. People will have to pay 5 percent to 50 percent more fees. The new rates of DLC have come into effect in the city and rural areas from Monday. Buying a house in the colonies like Nangli Circle, Scheme Number One, Shantikunj, Alkapuri etc. of the city has become expensive. Registry rates will have to be paid up to Rs 10,000 more per square metre. This decision of the government will fill the treasury. Alwar, Khairthal-Tijara and Kotputli-Behror districts will give about Rs 1500 crore to the government annually. Earlier this figure was one thousand crores annually. In June this year itself, surveys were conducted to decide the new rates. After that the DLC committee decided these rates and sent them to the government. After investigation from there it was released. Registration has been done as per the new rates from December 2.

The commercial area here crossed one lakh: The DLC of residential road side land in scheme number one of the city was Rs 16,240 per square meter before November 29, which has now been increased to Rs 29,100. Similarly, the rates of interior properties have been increased from Rs 13,057 to Rs 23,400. The DLC of road side commercial area has been fixed at Rs 1.10 lakh and the DLC of internal land has been fixed at Rs 90 thousand per square meter. Similarly, DLC of residential road side land in Shantikunj has been increased from Rs 18,600 to Rs 39 thousand.

The rates of internal properties have been increased from Rs 18,785 to Rs 30 thousand. At present, the DLC of commercial area road side has been made at 75 thousand and the DLC of internal area has been made at 60 thousand per square meter. The DLC from Alkapuri to Madhuban Bank Colony has increased significantly. Ghantaghar, Hope Circus, Manni Ka Bad, commercial area of ​​Manu Marg have become expensive as per DLC. The government has issued an order to increase DLC rates after Diwali. In such a situation, people who got their houses and shops registered on Diwali got the benefit. However, many people have suffered losses due to the delay in registration.
