These families have approached the city council dozens of times regarding this matter, but no one listens to them. Finally, on Thursday, all these victim families reached the SP office to lodge a complaint with the SP, but due to not being able to find the SP, they had to return. Meanwhile, Manoj Kumar, son of Bhup Singh, who came to give a written complaint to the SP, said – in his village. For many years, the people of Harijan colony have been running boreholes and releasing water on the road. This water is not flowing into dirty drains but flowing through the roads into their homes. Due to which their way to and from the village has been closed for the last several years. Even in the surrounding fields, this water has been blocked by building walls, due to which all this water remains filled on the road. When the people of Harijan colony are asked to drain the water, they become bent on beating. Families of about 7 to 8 houses are being extremely harassed by these people.
It has also been told in the written complaint that due to this problem the life of these families has become difficult. The victim’s families have now given a written complaint to the SP demanding strict action against these people. People also told that they complained about this to Municipality Bhiwadi but no hearing was given to them. When asked to solve the problem, everyone becomes bent on beating. No officials are even paying attention to this. On Wednesday, the people of the colony blocked the main road by planting thorny bushes on it. When asked to open the way, they started fighting.
Billu Ram of the same village told that there is a serious problem of water filling in front of his houses for many years. STP work had also started there but due to opposition from the villagers, a stay was brought there from the court. Due to which the work of STP stopped. The natural slope of the drains and rainfall of the village is towards the fields, where some houses are built. For this reason there is a problem of water logging there. At present, water will be removed by installing a pump there and a solution will be found by convincing the villagers. The road was closed by some people by planting bushes, but after persuasion the administration got it opened.
