The minimum temperature dropped by 0.5 degrees compared to the previous day, while the day temperature increased by 0.3 degrees due to no cold wind during the day. Even after this, the effect of cold remained during the day. Due to fog in North India, 9 trains including Garib Rath coming to Alwar were delayed by 3.14 hours. Four trains that arrived on Friday were running late by 14 minutes to 1.36 hours till 8.30 pm on Thursday. There was light fog in the outer areas of the city in the morning. The fog cleared around 10 in the morning. But the sun was not strong.

As the night approached, the effect of cold increased. According to Railways, Jammutavi-Ajmer Pooja Express was delayed by 3.14 hours at 10.16 am, Kathgodam-Jaisalmer Ranikhet Express was delayed by 2.24 hours at 9.28 am, Prayagraj-Lalgarh Express was delayed by 35 minutes at 10.30 am, Delhi Sarai Rohilla- Bandra Garib Rath by 32 minutes. Delayed 11.46 hrs, Bareilly- Newbhuj Alahazrat Express 1.34 hours late at 4.42 pm, Sabarmati-Delhi Ashram Express 21 minutes late at 6.29 pm, Rewari-Jaipur special train 26 minutes late at 12.34 pm, Jaisalmer-Kathgodam Ranikhet Express 1 hour late at 6.42 pm, Ajmer-Jammu Tawi Puja Express 2.11 hours late at 8.28 pm Alwar came.
Till 8.30 pm on Thursday, Amritsar-Ajmer Express was delayed by 14 minutes, Jammu Tawi-Ajmer Puja Express by 25 minutes, Sabarmati-Delhi Ashram Express by 18 minutes, Valsad-Bhiwani Express by 1.36 hours. Due to this, these trains may arrive in Alwar later than the scheduled time on Friday. On the other hand, the AQI in the city remained 167 from 12 pm on Wednesday to 6 pm on Thursday. During this period, the highest level of PM 2.5 was 158 and the highest level of PM 10 was 132.
