When the family members do not accept the relationship between a boy and a girl, then it is not easy for the couple to live in the society. In the last 15 days, many such cases have come to light in Rajasthan where the family members of the loving couple became the enemy of their life. You will remember that on July 4, in Jhalawar district, a father killed his daughter just because she had done a love marriage. After killing the daughter, they started cremating her but the police seized the half-burnt body and revealed the case. On July 9, in Jalore, a couple was attacked by their own family members, so they rushed to the SP office. Its video went quite viral. On July 14, in Aklera of Jhalawar, a couple committed suicide by hanging themselves because this relationship was not approved by their family members. Before committing suicide, they also made a video and posted it on social media. Now a fresh case has come to light in Jhunjhunu district in which the girl’s family, angry with the love marriage, created a ruckus.
When they did a love marriage, they dragged their daughter away from her in-laws’ house
Recently in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan, a couple got married for love. The girl’s family did not approve of this marriage. The couple left their house when they received death threats from the family. The couple reached their home a few days ago. When the girl’s family got the information, they raided their daughter’s in-laws’ house on the night of Sunday 14th July. Late at night around 11 o’clock the girl’s father, maternal uncle and 10-12 other relatives entered the house and dragged the girl out of the house. There is a CCTV camera outside the house. All the misdeeds of the girl’s family were captured in this camera.
When he came to rescue me, I threw red chilli powder in his eyes
The girl’s family had taken red chilli powder with them. When they pulled the girl out of the house and started dragging her away, the girl’s in-laws tried to rescue her. During this, the girl’s family threw red chilli powder in the eyes of the boy’s family. The people who tried to rescue kept rubbing their eyes and the girl’s family started beating them. The girl’s family entered the house wearing masks on their faces. The video of their bullying is captured in the CCTV camera.
The lovers had also asked for protection from the police
This incident of bullying by the girl’s family is from Chanana village of Sultana area of Jhunjhunu. Jeweller Ganesh Soni’s son Jitendra Soni had a love marriage with Monika Kanwar, a resident of Nagaur. Before this, Jitendra and Monika had left home on 5 April. Both of them reached Haryana and stayed there for a few days. On 30 April, Jitendra and Monika got married in Arya Samaj and then went to Jhunjhunu SP office and presented themselves before the SP. This loving couple had sought protection from the police. The police had also instructed the family members not to interfere in the life of the loving couple. Despite this, the girl’s family members dragged the girl away.
The girl had gone to her in-laws’ house on the orders of the court
When the girl disappeared from home on April 5, the family filed a missing report. On April 23, the girl’s family also filed a case in the Kotwali police station of Nagaur, accusing the girl’s boyfriend Jitendra of making the video viral on social media. After the wedding, when the love couple appeared at the Jhunjhunu SP office, the Nagaur police was informed. Nagaur police presented Jitendra and Monika in court. In her statements in the court, Monika Kanwar said that she married Jitendra of her own free will and she wants to spend her life with Jitendra. After this, the court allowed Monika to go to Jitendra’s house and also ordered the police to provide security.
