Kota : Another student has committed suicide in Kota, Rajasthan. This is the 11th case of this year. As soon as the news of coaching student’s suicide came to light, there was a stir in the administration. Local police officers reached the spot in a hurry and started their investigation. According to the information received, 16-year-old Sandeep Kumar, a resident of Nalanda Vihar, Bihar, committed suicide on Wednesday (3 July) night. It is being told that Sandeep Kumar was living in a PG located in Mahavir Nagar Second. Sandeep Kumar was preparing for JEE by staying in Kota for the last two years. According to the police, the student committed suicide by hanging himself in his room late at night. After this, this morning when the student saw a rope hanging in the ventilator of his room, he informed the landlord. The police team of Mahavir Nagar police station reached the spot and kept the body in the mortuary.
The parents have already died
According to the landlord Mahendra, when Sandeep came home after having dinner from the mess, he talked to him. After this, he went to his room. It is being told that Sandeep Kumar’s parents had died four years ago. In such a situation, he and his brother were studying in Kota. At the same time, preliminary investigation has revealed that the room in which Sandeep Kumar was living did not have an anti-hanging device.
Let us tell you that the administration has given instructions to install anti-hanging devices in all the hostels and PGs of the city, but despite this, the instructions of the administration were not followed. To keep the students stress free in Kota, many steps are being taken by the district administration along with the coaching institutes in compliance with the government guidelines. But despite this, the suicide cases of coaching students are not being stopped. So far this year, 11 cases of suicide of students have come to light.
