Antimicrobial Resistance Day organized at Dausa Animal Hospital

Dausa News Desk Anti Microbial Resistance Day was organized at Government Animal Hospital, Bandikui. In the program, cattle rearers and farmers were made aware of the dangers caused by improper use of antibiotics.

Dr. Nandram Meena, Dr. Bajrang Sharma, Dr. Ankit Sethi, Dr. Ashok Sharma, Dr. Dinesh Meena were prominently present in the program. Experts discussed the growing threat of anti-microbial resistance and its negative impacts.

During this, Dr. Nandram Meena told that excessive and unnecessary use of antibiotics develops resistance in germs. This makes even common infections difficult to treat. He said that antibiotics should be used only on the advice of a qualified veterinary doctor. Get animals vaccinated on time to prevent diseases.

He pointed out that inappropriate use of antibiotics affects not only animal health but also human health and the environment. Antimicrobial resistance is a serious challenge. For this, animal farmers, doctors and the government will have to work together. If we do not make proper and balanced use of antibiotics now, this problem may increase further in the future.
