Mumbai, November 19 (IANS). Famous small screen director Rajan Shahi wished his mother Deepa Shahi on her 81st birthday in a special way on social media.
In a post, Shahi shared the precious moments spent with his mother, in which the love between mother and son is clearly visible.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Shahi shared a heart-touching video featuring her mother’s old photos and family moments.
The post read, “Many wishes to you on your 81st birthday, mother. May you get happiness, good health, success, peace and prosperity in your life. May you remain an inspiration, guide and pillar for all of us. We always need your blessings. All the very best wishes to you from Nomita, Rahul, Rajan, Nainika and Ishika from the entire team of DKP/Shahi Productions.
Rajan Shahi also shared his heart on Instagram story. Sharing mother’s pictures he wrote, “Happy Birthday Mother.”
He said, “Happy birthday to the inspiring mother.”
In April, Deepa made headlines by hosting a star-studded Iftar party. Many famous personalities attended this grand party.
Rajan Shahi had earlier come out in support of Rupali Ganguly amid her ongoing legal dispute with her stepdaughter Isha Verma. Sharing his picture with the Anupama actress, the director said that Ganguly inspires everyone with her hard work, dedication, talent and humility.
He wrote, “Rupali, you inspire DKP/Shahi Productions and all of us every day with your hard work, dedication, talent, honesty, integrity and humility. We have seen all the hard work, challenges and sacrifices behind the scenes with a smile. Your humility as an actress is inspiring to all of us in the Anupama team.”

Shahi’s post has come when Rupali received a legal notice from Isha, demanding damages of Rs 50 crore. Rajan-Ashwin’s daughter Isha had accused Rupali of having an extramarital affair with her father.
