This sudden change in the air has affected the common people. Due to poor air quality, people are facing problems like difficulty in breathing, pain in the throat and burning sensation in the eyes. The risk of serious problems like heart attack, stroke and respiratory problems has also increased. Also, children and elderly people are being instructed not to go out too much.

How is air quality measured?
