Arjun Kapoor said at Indian Racing Festival, ‘I have been fond of cars since childhood’

Mumbai, November 26 (IANS). Actor Arjun Kapoor, who is enjoying the success of his recently released ‘Singham Again’, attended the Indian Racing Festival in Coimbatore. The actor spoke to IANS and told that he has a great passion for motorsports.

Arjun Kapoor talks about his passion for motorsports, his association with the Indian Racing Festival and plans for the new year. “I really felt the passion and said, let’s take this opportunity. I’ve been very into cars since childhood. It was a very easy and natural connection for me,” he said.

The ‘Tevar’ actor said, “I was excited that something new was happening at this level in motor sports in India. The standard of the night race in Chennai was incredible. The level of the league is very high.” Referring to Sourav Ganguly, Naga Chaitanya, John Abraham, he said that such people can attract attention.

Arjun Kapoor also threw light on the future of motor sports in India. He said, “Cricket is a habit in India and I would say now motor sports is also becoming a part of the habit. In fact cricket is a crazy game.”

Talking about the success of ‘Singham Again’, Arjun said, “An actor works for success. The response to my character in ‘Singham Again’ has been tremendous.” Arjun also said that he is going on vacation on New Year. However, he has not revealed where he is going.

‘Singham Again’ was released on November 1 on the occasion of Diwali. Arjun Kapoor has played a brilliant role of villain in the film. Along with Arjun, stars like Ajay Devgan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff are in important roles in the film. Arjun’s acting in the film has been liked a lot by the audience.
