Ashok Gehlot’s troubles will increase, now Delhi Police’s investigation will reach Rajasthan

Jaipur : Delhi Police’s investigation into the phone tapping case that took place four years ago during the Ashok Gehlot government will now reach Rajasthan. Delhi Police will first conduct FSL investigation of the mobile-pen drive and other electronic gadgets found from Lokesh Sharma, who was the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the then Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot in this case. In such a situation, it is believed that Ashok Gehlot’s problems may increase. Till now the investigation in the phone tapping case was stuck till Lokesh Sharma, who was the OSD of the then Chief Minister Gehlot. Earlier they had been avoiding handing over mobile-pen drives and other electronic gadgets to Delhi Police. Sharma took a U-turn after the change of government in the state. Sharma not only openly accused the then Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot in this matter, but also recently gave a statement to the Delhi Police that whatever was provided to him by Gehlot, he made it viral in compliance with his instructions.

Audio will be verified for authenticity

FSL investigation is necessary to find out whether the audio is related to the telephone tapping incident or not, whether it has been tampered with or not. In such a situation, the authenticity of the audio will be revealed only through the FSL report.

Police can do this

Based on the statement of Lokesh Sharma and the evidence presented by him, the scope of investigation can be expanded further. Can start the process of further inquiry and issue notices to those whose statements are to be taken. In another case related to the same incident, a case has been registered in ACB in Rajasthan, it is possible that Delhi Police may also ask for information about that case.
