Attack on BJP office, CCTV footage surfaced

Mumbai, November 14 (IANS). Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) office in Dombivali, Maharashtra has been attacked. CCTV footage of this incident has also surfaced. Three people are visible in the footage. The first person in this is Home Defense Cell official Jugal Upadhyay. Two young men are seen standing in front of him. The faces of both the youth are not visible in the CCTV footage. The rear portion of both the youths is visible. In the video, Jugal Upadhyay is seen having a heated argument with both the youths. All three are arguing in Marathi language.

Meanwhile, both the youths become intent on attacking and throw the chair kept in front of them at them. Which Jugal Upadhyay opposes. Meanwhile, both the youths throw chairs towards them and run away from there. In the video, after both the youths left from there, Jugal Upadhyay is seen calling someone from the phone kept in front of him. After this, the things scattered due to the chaos created by the attackers are seen being placed at their right place. The emergence of this CCTV footage will make it easier to identify the attackers.

The election contest is going on in Dombivali Assembly between Cabinet Minister and Mahayuti candidate Ravindra Chavan and Thackeray faction candidate Deepesh Mhatre, due to which this incident has further heated the political atmosphere.

Let us tell you that voting is going on for 288 assembly seats of Maharashtra on 20th November and the results will be announced on 23rd November. On this day it will become clear whose government is going to be formed in the state. Before this, election campaigning is continuing in the state. Many senior leaders of BJP are visiting the state and trying to change the current political scenario in favor of their party. Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also addressed an election rally in Dhule. Here he gave the slogan that if we stay together then we will be safe. Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut had objected to his slogan. He had said that we are all united in Maharashtra, there is no threat to us.
