Jaipur News Desk: Youths riding Bolero tried to stop the people riding Scorpio by attacking them outside the state BJP office in Jaipur. During this incident which happened within a few seconds, the Scorpio riders escaped through the main road. Bolero riders also started chasing the Scorpio. Seeing the entire incident, BJP workers informed the police control room about the kidnapping and robbery. The incident occurred at 4:40 pm on Thursday. On receiving the information, Ashok Nagar police station and officials reached the spot. Police examined the CCTV footage installed in the BJP state office. In the CCTV footage, some youths were seen climbing on a Scorpio outside the office.
No complaint of kidnapping or robbery was filed
Additional DCP South Lalit Sharma said – On receiving the information, the police team reached the spot. Information about suspicious vehicles is being collected by scanning CCTV footage. Till now no complaint has been given to the police by any person. Lalit Sharma said- This matter could also be related to recovery. Police are trying to extract CCTV footage of the escape route of both the vehicles. It is not possible for such an incident to happen suddenly in the middle of the road, yet the police is investigating from every angle. Mukesh Jat, standing outside the BJP office, said – he was sitting in his car. Suddenly a white Scorpio stopped near their car. Two to three youths who came down from the Bolero pounced on the Scorpio. The Scorpio driver did not stop the car. Around 60-70 people were present outside the BJP office at that time. Everyone raised an alarm, but the Scorpio rider fled from the spot. Bolero also left behind him. On this, people informed the police control room over phone.
