Ayodhya developed rapidly after construction of Ram temple, all communities here are happy: Iqbal Ansari

Ayodhya, 6 December (IANS). Former Babri Masjid advocate Iqbal Ansari said on Friday that both Hindus and Muslims are happy in Ayodhya. After the construction of the temple of Shri Ram Lala here, Ayodhya has developed rapidly.

Let us tell you that exactly 32 years ago, on 6 December 1992, the disputed structure of Babri Masjid was demolished in Ayodhya. After this the demand for building Shri Ram temple intensified. On January 22, 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi consecrated Shri Ram Lala in Ayodhya. During this period, PM Modi had taken out a road show in Ayodhya, in which Iqbal Ansari also participated.

Iqbal Ansari has said that the Supreme Court’s decision regarding Shri Ram Temple was given in 2019. This decision was accepted by Muslims across the country. After the construction of Shri Ram Lala temple, there is no dispute of any kind between Hindus and Muslims here. A grand temple is ready here. A large number of devotees of Shri Ram are coming for worship.

He further said that when the construction work of Shri Ram Temple started, not even a single leaf in the country should move nor should it move. Hindus had faith in the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram. Today the temple is ready there. We want that all religions should be respected. There is brotherhood between the two communities in Ayodhya. When religion is respected the country will progress. Our country will be famous all over the world. India is a country where there is brotherhood between Hindus and Muslims.

Ayodhya is a city of religion. There was something lacking here which has now been filled. The progress you are seeing today in Ayodhya. This is the reason of the state government. The land of Ayodhya is the land of great men, the land of worship. Everyone is happy here, whether Hindu or Muslim.
