Ayushmann Khurrana reacts after fan throws dollar on stage at US concert

Mumbai, November 18 (IANS). Actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who is on tour to America, stopped his show in New York after an audience member threw dollars on the stage.

A video of this incident is rapidly going viral on social media. In the clip, the actor is seen performing. At the same time, one of his fans threw stacks of dollars on the stage.

Following the fan’s action, the ‘Bala’ actor stopped his performance and politely requested the audience to use the money to donate to some charity.

In the video, Khurana can be heard saying, “Brother, please don’t do this. You can donate it to charity or do something good with it, but please don’t do that. Donate it to charity without telling anyone.”

One of the audience posted the video on Instagram and wrote, It is disappointing to see such a disrespectful act in a live concert.

The post further added, “Ayushmann, known for his humility and decency, stopped the show and politely requested the audience not to do such things. Khurana started his US tour with his band Ayushmann Bhava on 14 November in Chicago. He and his band will tour four other cities including New York, San Jose, New Jersey and Dallas through November 24.

Khurrana had said in a statement, “As an artiste, I am always eager to connect with people who appreciate my music and films. I love seeing their reactions firsthand. I am continuing my work and my efforts to reach out to them.”
