Claim quoting the book in the petition

It was claimed in the petition that there was earlier a temple of Lord Shiva on the land of the Dargah. Worship and Jalabhishek have been performed there. It was also claimed that there was a Jain temple in the Dargah complex. In the petition, reference was made to the book written by Harvilas Sharda, a resident of Ajmer. On the basis of this, evidence of there being a temple instead of a dargah was mentioned. It has been claimed in the book that there are traces of temple debris in the construction of the 75 feet tall door present in the Dargah complex. There was also talk of a basement or sanctum sanctorum there and it was said that there was a Shivalinga there, where Brahmin families used to worship.
