Banswara : District Health Committee meeting was held on Monday in the District Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Inderjit Yadav. During the review of various health services, the District Collector gave strict instructions that achieving 80 percent in the first 12 weeks of ANC i.e. antenatal check-up should be mandatory. He instructed to make it a weekly monitoring point. He has instructed all BCMOs to keep this report in their rooms. During this time, the District Collector also instructed all BCMOs to regularly inspect 108 and 104 ambulances. He asked to thoroughly examine the facilities available in the ambulance. Dungarpur team will conduct investigation in Banswara. On the other hand, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. HL Tabiyar said that orders for investigation of cases 108 and 104 have also come from the Directorate. As part of the campaign, the team of Dungarpur will inspect the ambulances of Banswara and the team of Banswara will inspect the ambulances operating in Dungarpur.
The investigation team will include BCMO, Deputy CMHO, RCHO, DPM, DEM, BPM. Inspection will be done through mobile application. Dr. Tabiyar instructed all the BCMOs to prepare the file for the sub center land. Less achievement in Ayushman card Additional Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Bharatram Meena expressed displeasure over less progress in Ayushman card distribution and eKYC. He said that card distribution has reached 64 percent and eKYC is only 67 percent. Similarly, he also praised the 138 percent achievement in Antara Injection. Dr. Meena said that cases of sterilization have started increasing in family welfare. He instructed all BCMOs to make proper arrangements for tents and water during the sterilization camp. He gave instructions to spread publicity for this. Instructions for making Aura ID on Shakti Diwas: Deputy Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Rahul Dindor gave information about NCD. He said that ASHA, ANM and CHO should be given a target to fill minimum 10 C-Back forms every day. He informed about the six-day campaign conducted for Sea-Back Farm in Kushalgarh. The District Collector also praised it.
He also instructed other blocks to take inspiration from Kushalgarh and work accordingly. Similarly, information was also given about Abha ID. Abha ID work is being done by the Health Department in the district. In which every person will have a number. Through which if he gets treatment anywhere in the country, he will get information about his previous tests and diseases on one click. On Shakti Diwas, Dr. Dindor gave instructions to make Aadha ID for children by making Aadhaar cards in schools. Polio campaign will run in December, cold chain will be inspected. District Child and Fertility Officer Dr. Dinesh Kumar Bhabor said that all MOs should inspect the cold chain of the institutions under them daily. He said that BCMO will inspect once every month but the institute in-charge should inspect daily. He said that if any vaccine gets spoiled due to temperature in the cold chain, then the responsibility for it will be on the concerned in-charge. During this, WHO representative Akshay Vyas gave information about the polio campaign from 8 to 10 December. He has asked for its microplan till 30. 106 found TB positive. Dr. Manoj of District Tuberculosis Prevention Center said that 13927 TB tests were conducted in the district in this session. Out of which 106 were found positive.
Whose treatment has been started. He said that 58 patients have been found positive in the prevention centre. The rest are from all the blocks. On this, the District Collector gave instructions to increase the scope of investigation. Similarly, Deputy Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Rahul Dindor directed to deliver medicines for leprosy patients to the sub-centre, so that the patients can get medicines close to their homes. He informed that 124 cases of leprosy patients have been identified in the district. These issues were also discussed. DPM Lalit Singh Jhala gave information about rejuvenation and national quality assurance program. He told that the central level team will identify the hospital in Khodan on 28-29. Similarly, Fire NOC Officer Lalit Patidar gave information about the process of taking NOC in hospitals. XEN Kothari from NHM gave information about the land required for new buildings of CHC, PHC, Sub Centre. Here, District Collector Dr. Inderjit Yadav directed to get the AEN of NHM Electrical Wing inspected to streamline the fire system in Mahatma Gandhi District Hospital. Similarly, sickle cell anemia, PCPNDT programme, institutional delivery, tobacco free campaign, seasonal diseases were discussed.
