Barmer News Desk: A woman’s foot slipped while taking water from the tank outside her house. He died due to drowning. The incident took place on Monday morning in Danpura Dhanne ka Tala village of Rico police station area of ​​Barmer district. The police have kept the body in the mortuary of the district hospital. Based on the report of family members, a case has been registered and investigation has been started. The post mortem process is being done. The deceased has two sons. According to the police, Jamna Devi (50), wife of Hukamaram, resident of Danpura village of Dhanne Ka Tala Gram Panchayat, was taking out water from the tank near the house on Monday morning.

During this his foot slipped. Hearing the screams, family members and villagers reached the spot. He was hurriedly taken out of the tank. He was brought to Barmer Medical College Hospital in a private vehicle. There the doctors declared the woman dead. On receiving the information, the police reached the hospital. The police kept the body in the hospital mortuary. Head constable Kesra Ram Choudhary said – Omprakash, son of the deceased, has reported that she died due to slipping and drowning. A case has been registered based on the report and postmortem proceedings are being conducted. The police have started investigating the entire matter.
