Barmer : Guidance and career counseling program was organized under PM Shri Yojana at Barmer Kendriya Vidyalaya Jalipa Cantonment. Keynote speaker Dr. Bharat Saran threw light on the topic of mental health and development of students in detail. Dr. Saran underlined the relevance of mental health as well as physical, social, economic and spiritual health.
Under mental health, the important role of the brain along with the five senses like nose, ears, eyes, tongue and skin and their use in the learning process of the students was also explained in a very interesting and attractive manner. Dr. Saran resolved the doubts of the students by interacting with them and exchanging ideas. Principal Kishnaram Senwar explained the importance of PMShree scheme.
