Barmer : Mandali Police has arrested an accused who was absconding for four months in the case of obstructing government work. Police station in-charge Mahesh Goyal said that on July 25, he along with his team had gone to Sarhad Durgapura to investigate the dispute between Devaram and Naseer Khan regarding the petrol pump and nearby agricultural land. During this time, Naseer Khan’s family members came together and obstructed the government work.
A case was registered in the police station and raids were conducted at possible places to arrest the accused. Earlier, accused Nizam Khan was arrested and sent to judicial custody. The accused Bachchu Khan, resident of Durgapura, who was absconding for four months, was arrested on Monday. ASI Roop Singh, constable Jaiveer Singh and Bharatlal were involved in the action.
