Barmer Suspicious bird came to pick grains near Pakistan border

Barmer News Desk: A rare species of bird fitted with an electronic device was found on Friday in Barmer, about 60 kilometers from the Pakistan border. ID on the device; 11146 is written. There is a silver colored ring on the leg. There are numbers on it too and it is written in English. On receiving information about suspicious bird being found, the Forest Department team and Sadar police station reached the spot. According to the police, women and children had gone to Jiwani Ki Dhani of Sadar police station area to feed the birds on the platform. On seeing an unknown bird near the platform, nearby people informed the police and forest department. On receiving the information, police along with CI Satyaprakash of Sadar police station reached Jabta. The forest department team also reached there.

– After information from the control room, we reached the spot. A bird has been found which has an antenna attached to its paw. The numbers are written on it in English. When we checked it, there was a round silver ring made of aluminum like material inside its paw on which a number and Abu Dhabi were written in English. We informed the security agencies. To keep the bird safe and alive, it has been handed over to the forest department. Security agencies will investigate this antenna and take necessary action.
