Bikaner News Desk: Objecting to the barricades installed in front of the SP office of Bikaner, the court has ordered not to erect the barricades permanently. Along with this, instructions have been given to repair the dilapidated roads around the court premises. A PIL was filed by three complainants including senior advocates Prem Narayan Harsh and Anand Acharya before Additional District Judge number five. Giving photo evidence in the petition, it was said that the main road in front of the SP office has been surrounded with barricades on the instructions of the SP office. Due to this, the road to and from has been blocked. Since it is a public road, the SP office does not have the right to block the road. The SP office had argued that barricades had been installed due to protests. On this the complainants said that separate barricades and iron angles were already installed for this. Along with this, a demand was also made to repair the broken roads around the collectorate complex.
The court has given strict instructions in this matter that the way for the public to come and go from all the six gates of the public park to each office will be smooth. Also, all the nuisances coming in this path will be removed. There will be no permanent disruption to the traffic due to the barricades installed in front of the Superintendent of Police office as part of law and order. In this matter, a letter has also been presented by the Police and Public Works Department, in which assurance of compliance has been given.
