Sikar News Desk: On one hand, preparations are going on in full swing for the festival of Diwali. In Rajasthan, on Tuesday (29 October), on the festival of Dhanteras, two road accidents shook the state. 15 people have died in two separate road accidents in the state while more than 50 people have been injured. After this incident, there is chaos in many families on the occasion of Diwali festival. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire state. In Rajasthan, the biggest accident happened in Laxmangarh of Sikar district where a luxury bus collided with the police. The bus was destroyed in this accident. 12 people have died in this accident. The second accident happened in Pachpadra of Balotra. Where a mini bus collided with another parked bus. Three people have died in this accident also.
Chaos on the road in Sikar
A private bus full of passengers collided with the wall of a culvert at Salasar intersection near Laxmangarh town of Sikar district. This incident happened at 2 pm. When people were going by bus for Dhanteras shopping and their work. After this incident there was chaos on the road. The crowd of people first started relief and rescue work. The injured people were immediately taken to Lakshmangarh Government Hospital. Where many people were also declared dead. While many injured were referred to SMS Hospital in Jaipur. The government has announced a compensation amount of Rs 5 lakh each to the 12 people who lost their lives in the Sikar accident. Besides, it has been announced to give an amount of Rs 50,000 each to the injured.
Second road accident occurred on National Highway in Balotra
The second road accident in Rajasthan took place in Pachpadra area of Balotra at 9.30 am. Where a mini bus collided with a private bus parked on Jodhpur-Barmer National Highway-25. Three people died and at least 14 people were injured in this accident. Four of the injured have been referred to Jodhpur for treatment, while others are undergoing treatment in nearby hospitals. The front part of the mini bus is badly damaged.
