Jaipur : In view of the increasing extra passenger load in trains on the occasion of festivals, Railways will operate Sabarmati-Lucknow-Sabarmati and Rajkot-Gorakhpur-Rajkot weekly special trains. According to railway officials, Sabarmati-Lucknow weekly special train will operate from October 30 to November 27 (5 trips).
This train will depart from Sabarmati every Wednesday at 10 pm and reach Lucknow at 10.50 pm on Thursday night. Lucknow-Sabarmati weekly special train from October 31 to November 28 (5 trips) will depart from Lucknow at 11.50 pm on Thursday and reach Sabarmati at 9.30 pm on Friday. During the movement, this train will stop at Mehsana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Falna, Marwar Junction, Beawar, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Jaipur, Dausa, Bandikui, Bharatpur, Agrafort, Tundla and Kanpur Central stations.
Similarly, Rajkot-Gorakhpur weekly special train will depart from Sabarmati every Wednesday at 3.15 pm from October 30 to November 27 (5 trips) and reach Gorakhpur at 9.30 pm on Thursday night. Gorakhpur-Rajkot weekly special train will depart from Gorakhpur every Thursday at 11.30 pm from October 31 to November 28 (5 trips) and reach Rajkot at 10 am on Saturday. This train will stop at many stations including Surendranagar, Mehsana, Palanpur, Abu Road Ajmer, Kishangarh, Jaipur, Gandhinagar Jaipur, Dausa, Bandikui.
