Jaipur : During Rising Rajasthan, along with making Jaipur beautiful, it is also being made beggar free. Beggars are being rescued in the city under a campaign by Municipal Corporation Heritage. After taking them to the rehabilitation centre, not only arrangements have been made for their accommodation and food. They would rather not have to beg in future. For this, they will also be given training to make them self-reliant. Under which, till now, more than five dozen beggars have been rescued by the Heritage Corporation.
Actually, Rising Rajasthan Summit is being organized in Jaipur on 9, 10 and 11 December. In which investors from all over the world are coming to Jaipur to participate. In such a situation, apart from making Jaipur clean and beautiful, the administration is also making it beggar-free. Under this campaign, since November 24, the Municipal Corporation Heritage is arresting the people living by begging in Jaipur city and sending them to the rehabilitation centre. Under which more than 60 people have been rescued so far. Along with this, Heritage Municipal Corporation, with the help of social organizations, is making arrangements for food and accommodation for all these people along with their medical checkup. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Arun Kumar Hasija said that winter has knocked in the state. Is. In such a situation, a campaign is being run by Municipal Corporation Heritage to catch people who are forced to beg on the streets. Under which, more than 6 dozen people have been rescued so far from different intersections and major roads of the city as well as from the inner colonies. Most of these people were forced to beg for two square meals a day.
In such a situation, the Municipal Corporation has sent them to the rehabilitation centre. Where all these people have not only been given a roof to live. In fact, arrangements have also been made for bhajans for both the times. So that in future they do not have to beg for food on the streets again. Hasija said that if the general public will also contribute to the Municipal Corporation’s campaign to stop begging in Jaipur. So in future, Jaipur can be made a beggar-free city. Corporation Commissioner Arun Kumar Hasija said that these people will also be given training to make them self-reliant with the help of social organizations. Each person will be given different training according to his interest. So that in future they do not have to beg to earn a living on the streets.
