Sikar : Adulterators have now started adulterating everything in Rajasthan. Meanwhile, now fake mustard has also arrived in the market of the state. Fake mustard is also being prepared in the capital Jaipur. In Sikar, a businessman was cheated of lakhs of rupees in the name of fake mustard.

In fact, a businessman named Manoj, resident of Dhod area of Sikar, gave a report to the police and said that he had purchased 24 tonnes of mustard from Vishal Sharma of Jaipur. In return he gave Rs 15 lakh to Vishal. Meanwhile, a businessman called him and told him that fake mustard was coming in the market. When the mustard sent by Manoj through Vishal from Jaipur was checked, it was found to be fake. After this, when he told Vishal, Vishal gave him four lakh rupees but did not give the remaining money. After this Manoj complained to the police and got a case registered.
This is how fake mustard was identified in the lab
This is not the first case of fake mustard in Rajasthan. Earlier, a similar case had come to light in Sriganganagar also. Where fake mustard was mixed in water, it dissolved easily. According to experts, fake mustard is adulterated with oil. In which the amount of oil ranges from 42 to 43%. Even if it is tested in a lab, adulteration cannot be detected.
Mustard made from soil and cement grains
Experts say that in adulteration, fake mustard is prepared by polishing the grains of soil and cement. If it is mixed with real mustard then it is difficult to detect the adulteration. In Rajasthan, cases of fake mustard being found in markets mostly in Vair and Deeg areas of Bharatpur have come to light. However, now the police is investigating this entire matter.
