Jaipur : Once again discussion has arisen regarding transfers of employees in the state. In the cabinet meeting of the state’s Bhajan Lal government, ministers raised the demand to open transfers. However, the final decision has been left to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. Now speculations are being made to lift the ban on transfers for some time after the assembly by-elections or before the implementation of the code of conduct. It has been ten months since the change of Congress rule in Rajasthan. With the change of government, the demand for transfer started rising among the employees, party workers and leaders and since then they are continuously waiting for the transfer to open. In the cabinet meeting of Bhajan Lal government held on Sunday, ministers once again raised the demand to open transfers. During the discussion, most of the ministers agreed that transfers should be opened.

During this time it came to light that transfers are not made in the Medical, Health and Education Department. On this it was said that both the departments are big, in which transfers cannot be made in short time. On this, the ministers said that except these two departments, the ban on transfers can be lifted in other departments. However, during the discussion, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma did not give any consent regarding the transfers. Now the final decision regarding lifting the ban on transfers has to be taken by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.

According to the information, transfers have been made at the officer level in the state, but the employees have not been changed. In such a situation, there is pressure on leaders and ministers to lift the ban on transfers of employees. This is the reason why ministers are giving suggestions in the cabinet meeting to lift the ban on transfers. Regarding transfers, some ministers believe that now the ban on transfers will be lifted only after the by-elections, while some believe that the ban on transfers can be lifted for some time before the code of conduct for the by-elections.
