Bhajanlal government amended the promotion rules, promotion of these personnel will not stop now

Jaipur : Rajasthan government has decided not to stop promotion of personnel punished with censure. The government has given big relief to the employees by amending the rules on Tuesday. Although even after the amendment in the rules, the cases of earlier promotion of employees will not be reopened, but in those posts for which promotion meetings have not been held yet, DPC will be held as per the new rules.

Promotion was stopped due to bad conduct

There was a provision for various types of punishment for bad conduct of employees. One of these punishments was the punishment of blasphemy. Under this, disciplinary action or fine was imposed on the employees. After this the promotion of that employee was stopped.

It has also been clarified in this circular that if DPC for the year 24-25 of any posts in any department has not been conducted yet, then this DPC will be conducted as per the new instructions of this circular. But if the DPC/Review DPC of previous years is held after the issue of this circular, then the previous provisions will be applicable.
