Jaipur : The state government has decided to give the benefit of annual salary increment from July 1 to the personnel retiring on June 30. Till now, employees had to knock the doors of the court for not getting its benefit. The Finance Department issued orders in this regard. The government has now decided to give annual salary increment to the personnel who retired on June 30, 2006 and thereafter on June 30. The salary increment will be considered as remuneration for pension, but will not be paid for gratuity, commutation and earned leave. Its benefit will be notional from July 1, 2006 to April 10, 2023 and cash benefit will be given from April 11, 2023.

Employees will get HRA in case of leave up to 120 days which will be up to 180 days in case of maternity leave. Those taking leave up to 240 days in case of TB, cancer, leprosy and mental patients will also be able to avail the benefit of HRA. Employees on deputation and temporary transfer will also be able to get HRA.
