Jaipur : Bhajanlal Sarkar has issued an advisory for Kanwar pilgrims. According to the advisory issued by the Home Department, Kanwar pilgrims will not be able to play DJ and loudspeakers after entering the border of Rajasthan. Playing DJ has been banned. The height of the Kanwar should not be more than seven feet. Kanwar pilgrims will not carry hockey, baseball, stick, sword, pointed spear, sticks. Bajrang Dal has strongly opposed the advisory issued by the state government.
Dholpur District Collector Srinidhi BT said that instructions have been given to Kanwar pilgrims in the advisory issued by the Home Department of the Rajasthan Government. In which Kanwar pilgrims coming on foot to Haridwar in Uttar Pradesh should use the track only. Kanwar pilgrims must keep their identity card, Aadhar card and driving license with them. Passengers should park their vehicles only in the designated parking lot, otherwise action will be taken under the MV Act. Kanwar pilgrims should be cautious of unruly elements. The list of Kanwar pilgrims sitting in the vehicle and travel details must be put up in your vehicle. Bathe only at the designated ghats, there is a possibility of accident if bathing elsewhere.
