The Regional Deputy Director ACB is conducting a departmental inquiry against Munesh Gurjar in the corruption case. The administration is continuously sending him notices in this matter. Yesterday (September 16), Munesh Gurjar responded to the notice. Mayor Munesh, while sending a reply to DLB, said, “I have no role in the corruption case.” Munesh Gurjar has approached the High Court against this action. The hearing on which is to be held in the coming days.

Taking refuge in High Court for the third time

Let us tell you that Mayor Munesh Gurjar has been suspended twice before. Both times Munesh took refuge in the High Court and retained the post of Mayor. For the third time also she is trying to defend herself by taking refuge in the High Court.

Munesh Gurjar said, “This action is politically motivated.” She also approached the High Court in protest against this action. Now in the coming days, this case will be heard in the High Court. Actually, a notice was issued by the Department of Autonomous Governance and Anti-Corruption Bureau on Mayor Munesh Gurjar, who is surrounded by allegations of corruption and bribery. A date was also fixed to respond to this notice. At the same time, NCB will also present the charge sheet on September 19. During this time, Munesh Gurjar has been instructed to be present in the court.
