Jodhpur : Jodhpur Discom Superintending Engineer City MM Singhvi said that orders were issued for promotion of technical staff in the DPC meeting of the year 2023-24. In this, a total of 10 posts of Meter Inspector-1, Electrician-1, SS A-1, SS A-2 and Electrician-2 were promoted. The morale of technical employees has increased with the promotion before Diwali.
Singhvi said that in the last three years, a total of 125 Lineman First 15, SS A First 7, Electrician First 13, Lineman Second 38, SS A Second 11, Electrician Second 27, Meter Inspector First 5, Meter Inspector Second 5 and Assistant First 4. Promotions were made on the posts.

District Superintending Engineer ML Benda said that orders were issued for the promotion of technical employees after organizing the DPC from 2020 to 2023. A total of 166 posts of Lineman I 25, Lineman II 53, SS A I 14, SS A II 19, Electrician I 15, Electrician II 30, Meter Inspector I 2 and Assistant I 8 were promoted. In the DPC of the year 2023-24, a total of 33 posts of Lineman I 12, Lineman II 11, SS A I 3, SS A II 4, Meter Inspector I 1 and Assistant I 2 were promoted.
