Jaipur : Rajasthan government has given additional charge of other departments to seven officers of Indian Administrative Service (IAS). This information has been given in the order issued by the Personnel Department. According to the order, Ravi Jain, Secretary of Tourism Department will have additional charge of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Amer Development and Management Authority. Similarly, Special Secretary in Planning Department Anupama Jorwal has been given the responsibility of Special Secretary Statistics Department, Special Secretary in Home Department KL Swami has been given the responsibility of Commissioner (Civil Defense Department), Project Director of Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society Shaheen Ali Khan has been given the responsibility of Director (Medical-IEC).

These officers also got additional charge

Similarly, Additional Chief Executive Officer Rajendra Verma in State Health Assurance Agency has been given additional charge of Director (Minority Affairs) and Bikaner Divisional Commissioner Vandana Singhvi has been given additional charge of Commissioner (Settlement Department). Similarly, Indian Administrative Service officer Amit Yadav has been given additional charge of Deeg District Collector along with Bharatpur District Collector. Earlier, in recent days, Bhajan Lal government had transferred IAS and officers on a large scale in the state.

Transfer of 108 IAS
Earlier on Thursday (5 September), the Rajasthan government had issued an order for the transfer of 108 officers of the state. In this list released through the Rajasthan Personnel Department, 20 IAS officers were given additional charge. During this period, collectors of 12 districts were also transferred.

Collectors of 12 districts were changed

In the list released by the state government, the divisional commissioners of Jaipur and Banswara were transferred. Apart from this, the collectors of 12 districts were transferred. Under this order, the collectors of Barmer, Sriganganagar, Jaipur, Jalore, Alwar, Ajmer, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Rajsamand and Churu districts were transferred. According to the new list released on Thursday through the state personnel department, Banswara divisional commissioner Neeraj Pawan was given the responsibility of administrative secretary in the sports department, while Rashmi Gupta was made the new divisional commissioner of Jaipur by removing Aarushi Ajay Malik.
