Bharatpur: 2 youths arrested for selling SIM cards to cyber criminals

Bharatpur : Jurhara police station of Deeg district has arrested two accused selling fake SIMs. The accused used to sell SIMs to cyber thugs at expensive prices. He had bought the SIM from a person supplying SIM in Mewat area of ​​Haryana and Deeg area. 2 mobiles and 7 fake SIMs have been seized from the accused.

Jurhara police station officer Yogendra Singh said that yesterday information was received through an informer that cyber thugs selling fake SIM cards were sitting on the unpaved road leading from Sabalgarh intersection towards Bhandara village. The police team immediately reached the spot and raided and arrested two cyber thugs from there.

During interrogation, the accused revealed their names as Sahil resident of Sabalgarh village and Jalis resident of Bhandara village. When the accused were searched, 2 mobile phones and 7 fake SIMs were seized from them. At present the accused are being interrogated. Also, the accused told that in Deeg and Mewat area of ​​Haryana, fake SIM supplier Bilal, resident of Gawdi village, buys fake SIMs and sells them at expensive prices to cyber thugs.
