Bharatpur : Bike rider Bayana and four college students of Bharatpur died in a road accident on Tuesday in Jajam Patti of Magorra police station area of Mathura district. The students’ bike was hit by a private bus. Three students died on the spot in the accident. While one of his friends was seriously injured. He died during treatment in Agra hospital. As soon as information about the accident was received, the police reached the spot. The police took the bodies into custody and conducted post-mortem and handed over the bodies to the relatives. According to Inspector Mohit Tomar, in-charge of Magorra police station, on Tuesday, 21 year old Ritesh son of Suresh Chand, resident of village Nagla Madhapuria of Bayana tehsil, 21 year old Mukul son of Brijendra, resident of village Shergarh,
Chetan Jat, 20, resident of Bharatpur and Holu Gurjar, son of Ramkesh, 21, resident of Pathanpada in Bayana town, were riding the same bike to their college in Magorra from Jajam Patti. All four students were second year B.Sc Agriculture students of Girraj Maharaj Mahavidyalaya, Magorra. He was going to Mathura College to deposit his fees. As soon as the four reached 800 meters ahead of Jajam Patti police post, a private bus coming at a high speed from the front hit them. Due to which all four students riding the bike fell on the ground. Eyewitnesses said that when the students riding the bike reached 800 meters ahead of Jajam Patti, a private bus coming from Mathura, while trying to overtake an Eco car, hit their bike from the front.
