A one-day district level workshop was organized on Thursday in the office of Deputy Director Women Empowerment at Bharatpur : Bharatpur. In this workshop, Shalo Hembrom, Program Manager of Access to Justice for Children project, gave information about Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace, Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act, 2013 and Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
Deputy Director Women Empowerment Rajesh Kumar gave detailed information about the Indian Justice Code, 2023 and departmental schemes. Counselors from Women Safety and Advice Centre, Legal Counselors and DHEW Gender Specialist Pooja Vasumathi and others participated on this occasion.
