Bharatpur Rajasthan Congress leader’s son dies in Delhi

Bharatpur News Desk: Two students died after falling from the fourth floor window of a PG at 1 am on Sunday night in Delhi. One of them was the elder son of the General Secretary of Bharatpur District Congress Committee. The father says that he had got his son admitted in PG, but the PG management did not give any information about his death. At around 3 in the morning, an ASI of the police informed about the incident. The entire family is shocked by the incident. Actually, Premchand Sharma, father of deceased student Ishant Sharma (19) is the General Secretary of Bharatpur District Congress Committee and a resident of Sector-3 of Bharatpur. He has two sons, out of which the elder son Ishant had gone to Delhi from Bharatpur only 8 months ago.

He was pursuing BBA from Lord Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT). Had taken PG on rent only 3 months ago: Three months ago, Ishant had taken a PG room on the fourth floor in Sector 17, Rohini of KN Katju Marg police station area. Harsh, a resident of Delhi Palam Colony, lived with him in the same PG. He was studying at Delhi Technological University (DTU). He was a first year B.Tech student. At around 1 am on Sunday night, the police received information that two students had fallen from the fourth floor of a PG located in Rohini. Both died. Police reached the spot and took him to nearby Ambedkar Hospital. Where the doctor declared him dead. The bodies were kept in the hospital mortuary.
