Bharatpur : Shivani Sisodia and Himanshu Chaudhary of Karatians Judo Academy, Kila, representing Bharatpur district, won gold medals in the state level junior and senior judo competition held at JJT University, Jhunjhunu from 16 to 18 November. Now both the players will participate in the Senior National Judo Competition to be held next month.
Karatians Judo Academy Director and Judo Coach Omkar Pancholi said that under the auspices of Rajasthan State Judo Association, Jhunjhunu District Judo Association organized state level junior and senior judo competition in Jhunjhunu from 16 to 18 November.
In which Judo player Shivani Sisodia of Qila based Karatians Academy won the gold medal in 57 kg weight category and Himanshu Choudhary in 60 kg weight category by reaching the final round and won the gold medal. Ankeshwar Bailara Kala, representing Bharatpur district, won the bronze medal in the 90 kg weight category and Nyasa Aggarwal won the bronze medal in the 48 kg weight category.
