Bharatpur : On the occasion of completion of one year of State Government, various programs will be organized at UIT Auditorium from 12th to 15th December. District in-charge minister and water resources minister Suresh Singh Rawat will inaugurate the programs on December 12 and participate in the events.
Under the chairmanship of Additional District Collector Administration Ghanshyam Sharma, a meeting was held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Tuesday and instructions were given regarding preparations for successfully organizing the programs. Additional District Collector administration said that on the occasion of completion of one year of the state government, Run for Vikas Rajasthan will be organized from 7 am in the morning from the police line in front of the collectorate via Laxman Temple and back to the collectorate. Officers of all departments, public representatives, civil organizations, common people and students will participate in it.
On the same day, at 10 am, a development exhibition based on one year’s achievements and development work and the District Development Booklet published by the District Administration and Information and Public Relations Department will be released in the UIT Auditorium. By inaugurating Panch Gaurav at the exhibition site, the concerned departments will showcase Panch Gaurav and the winners will be honored in the competition to be organized before 12th December.
He said that through the development exhibition and district development booklet, the development works done in the district, the works in progress and the concept of development to be done in the future will be shown through formats and photographs. On December 12, at 11 am, a youth conference and employment festival will be organized in the UIT Auditorium and the ceremony will be telecast live in Jaipur where appointment letters will be given to the beneficiaries. He informed that farmers conference will be organized on 13th December from 11 am and women’s conference will be organized on 14th December from 12 noon in UIT Auditorium. A blood donation camp will be organized in the UIT Auditorium itself on December 15 from 10 am and Antodaya Seva Camp will be organized from 2:30 pm, in which assistive devices will be provided to the disabled people. On December 17, from 12 noon, the state level function will be telecast live across the district up to the Gram Panchayat level, in which seating arrangements for citizens will also be made in each Panchayat.
