Bharatpur Zilla Parishad office will now operate in Collectorate

Bharatpur : after the Zilla Parishad building has been attached, the building is being vacated and shifted to the Collectorate building, where the office of the Zilla Parishad CEO and other branches were already functioning. Now the office of the Zilla Parishad will operate in the Collectorate premises only, only the office of the Chief Planning Officer will operate. On the other hand, officials say that there was a delay in calling the employees and there was no control, due to which there were already preparations to operate the office at one place. This has nothing to do with attachment.

In fact, in 1992, Mahesh Chand Sharma, who was working as a government teacher, was expelled from his job by the development officer, saying that he had a fake degree of B.Ed. A case was registered in the police station. Challenging the matter, the teacher approached the DEO, the High Court and the Supreme Court, from where he was not given appointment after reinstatement and was not given any kind of money or pension. After this the victim lodged a statement in ACJ-1. After that, ACJ-1 ordered attachment of the Zilla Parishad building along with the vehicle of the District Collector and Zilla Parishad CEO for recovery of Rs 86 lakh 61 thousand 726 dues. To execute the warrant, Cell Amin reached the Zilla Parishad building, where the attachment orders were pasted and the orders could not be pasted as the vehicles of the District Collector and Zilla Parishad CEO were not found present.
