Jaipur : At around 10.25 pm in Sanganer police station area, a bike went out of control and fell under a private bus near Chordiya Petrol Pump. The bike got stuck in the bus. A massive fire broke out in the bus while it was being dragged. It was fortunate that the bike rider fell sideways so that he could not get hit by the burning bus. There was chaos after seeing the bus engulfed in flames. Both the bus and the bike were burnt in the fire. Fire brigades reached the spot after receiving information and brought the fire under control with great effort.
According to police station in-charge Himmat Singh, the bike got hit by the bus after it went out of control. The bus caught fire while the bike was dragging. The bus runs between Jaipur and Farrukhabad. The bike driver ran away after the accident. Police say that there were two-three passengers and the driver and conductor in the bus when it caught fire. But they all got down in time.

Fire officer Diwang Yadav said that information about fire in the bus was received at 10.30 pm. Two firefighters brought the fire under control after half an hour of effort. According to eyewitnesses, there was an atmosphere of chaos as soon as the burning bus was seen. Seeing the burning bus near the petrol pump, the fear of something untoward scared people further. However, there was less activity at that time due to shops being closed.
