Jaipur : Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma held a review meeting on the identified budget announcements for the year 2024-25 at the CM residence on Sunday. He said that the state government is working rapidly to provide electricity and water to the people of the state. In this sequence, the Brahmani River Dam Project will ensure adequate availability of water to the areas from southern to western Rajasthan. He instructed the Water Resources Department to work expeditiously on the plan. CM directed the officials of Public Health and Engineering Department to start work on Summer Contingency Plan for better management of drinking water facility in the upcoming summer season. Sharma also gave instructions to run public awareness campaign regarding traffic rules for effective control on road accidents.

Sharma has instructed the officials of the Industries Department to conduct a thorough survey of the industrial areas and give notice to the owners of those areas who have not started the work within the stipulated time.

CM reviewed the works of establishment of stone markets and stone clusters in Beawar, Kota, Jalore, Rajsamand and gave instructions to develop facilities for traders. He completed I.T.I. Also directed for regular inspection of institutions.
