The government has handed over the charge of the Agriculture Department to him. That is, KK Vishnoi will now be seen answering questions related to the Agriculture Department in the Assembly.
Speculations about Kirori Lal Meena’s resignation were being made since the results of the Lok Sabha elections were announced on June 4, because BJP had lost 4 out of the 7 seats for which PM Modi had entrusted him the responsibility to win. Kirori Lal Meena has won the MLA election 6 times.
