Jodhpur : The Central Bureau of Narcotics team that came from Delhi in Rajasthan has taken major action against drugs. 24 thousand intoxicating tablets have been recovered from a bus in Jodhpur. On the other hand, the team from Delhi took action against a medicine seller in Balesar town of the district on Sunday and arrested him. The team took action in both the cases and took the accused with them to Delhi.
24 thousand tramadol tablets recovered in investigation
Actually, the NCB team had received information that a large quantity of drugs were being transported illegally in a private passenger bus. On this, the team reached Jodhpur 2 days ago and based on the information, stopped the bus. On checking the bus, a cardboard box was recovered in the passenger luggage compartment. On examining this box, 24 thousand Tramadol tablets were recovered. In the action taken regarding buying and selling of this medicine in such quantity, it is being told that the team has taken the accused with them to Delhi.
Medical store raided
On the other hand, on Sunday, NCB team reached Gajnarai Medical Store located on Masjid Road in the town on confidential information from Delhi to take action. In an operation that took about an hour, a large quantity of illegal drugs were recovered and shop operator Ajaypal Singh was arrested. The NCB team caught Ajaypal and got the shop closed.
