Jaipur : Nominations have been done for by-elections on 7 assembly seats in Rajasthan. After ticket distribution, rebellious attitude of leaders of Congress and BJP came to the fore. However, BJP was successful in convincing its rebels, while rebel Congress leader Naresh Meena is raising his voice as an independent. Interestingly, Congress is fighting alone in the by-elections. Earlier in the Lok Sabha elections, India Alliance had got 11 out of 25 seats. After losing 11 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, BJP does not want to take any risk in the by-elections. BJP aims to win all seven seats in the by-elections. For this, leaders from the top level to the grassroots level are doing the math. A meeting regarding the by-election continued for several hours on Sunday at the residence of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. Rajasthan BJP President Madan Rathod was also present in this meeting.

In the meeting, CM Bhajan Lal and State President Rathore discussed the election situation with prominent BJP workers of seven assembly constituencies. Apart from this, a strategy was also made on how to make the monitoring of each assembly effective. Roadmap regarding tribal area was discussed with tribal leader Mahendra Jeet Malviya.
