Jodhpur : Preparations are being finalized for the program to be organized at Marwar International Center (MIC) on 12th December on completion of one year of BJP government of Rajasthan. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, there was panic among the officials after receiving the order to change the place. However, later it was again agreed to organize the program at Marwar International Centre. After this the officials heaved a sigh of relief. Preparations were going on at Marwar International Center for the program to be organized in the city to commemorate the completion of one year of Bhajan Lal government. Meanwhile, on Tuesday afternoon, the state government was asked to organize a program for 5 to 10 thousand people. On this, a plan was started to change the venue of the program, but the officials of other departments including JDA expressed their inability to make all the preparations at another place in a short time. After this, it was agreed to organize the program in MIC itself.
Tent will be set up in the garden area
JDA officials said that the beneficiaries will be accommodated in tents in the garden area of MIC itself, so that more and more people can get the benefit of the program and scheme. Collector Gaurav Aggarwal said that along with arranging tents in the garden area to accommodate the beneficiaries, scooters and bicycles will also be distributed on the spot.
Every department will show its best work
In view of the Chief Minister’s visit to Jodhpur, a presentation of the development works done by JDA and Municipal Corporation is being prepared. Under the program, a 5-5 minute PPT will be shown by the Corporation and JDA.
Will hand over MIC to Jaipur team
Collector Gaurav Aggarwal said that after completing all the preparations by Wednesday evening, Marwar International Center will be handed over to the team coming from Jaipur. So that they complete the investigation by all means including security at their level.
