Jaipur News Desk: The city’s subordinate court expressed helplessness in hearing the complaint due to lack of sanction to prosecute Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa. On this, the complainant on Friday withdrew his complaint filed against Bairwa in the matter of appointment of CLG members. This can be considered a big relief amidst troubles for Deputy CM Premchand Bairava. Actually, recently he had to face trolls because his son’s reel went viral.
This complaint was filed in the matter of releasing the list for appointing CLG members in the police station on government letterpad. During the hearing, the court said that under the Indian Civil Security Code (BNSS), the complainant does not have the right to file a complaint directly against the public servant, under BNSS only his senior officer can file a complaint against the concerned public servant. On this the complainant had sought permission to withdraw his complaint. On which the Metropolitan Magistrate No. 11 rejected the complaint filed against Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa on the basis of withdrawal.
Complainant Balram Jakhar said in the complaint that according to law, only the Superintendent of Police can appoint CLG members and no person who is associated with a political party can be appointed as CLG member. Despite this, Deputy CM Premchand Bairwa nominated 15 CLG members for Maujmabad police station on his letterpad on June 21. Recently, a letterpad related to the nomination of CLG members had gone viral on social media. In which a letter was written to the Maujmabad police station officer to nominate 15 people as CLC members.
