Jaipur : SOG has taken major action in the paper leak case of SI recruitment exam in Rajasthan and arrested Gopal Saran, brother of gangster Bhupendra Saran, from Pune. SOG produced him in the court and took his remand for five days. He is being thoroughly interrogated regarding his role in the paper leak. It is believed that more arrests are possible based on the revelations made during his interrogation.
Regarding the arrest of Bhupendra Saran, SOG ADG VK Singh said that Gopal Saran was caught from Pune and brought to Jaipur late on Sunday night. He has been produced in the court and taken on remand. He is being thoroughly interrogated regarding his role in the paper leak. Based on the revelations made during his interrogation, some more arrests may be made in this case.
Made SI by teaching paper to six candidates
It is being told that Bhupendra Saran had provided the paper to Gopal Saran. He had read the paper to six candidates. All the six candidates to whom the paper was given passed and became SI. All these six SI candidates are absent from the training centre. In such a situation, after the arrest of Gopal Saran, SOG can now arrest six more SIs from the police academy.
